Weatherdon is required to automatically charge the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any location outside of Australia.
Weatherdon will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is received within 14 days of receipt of merchandise by the customer.
Weatherdon will issue a credit to your account and/or a refund to your credit card in Australian dollars, where applicable.
For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
The original freight charge issued by Weatherdon, for sending the merchandise, may be recouped.
A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Weatherdon will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.
No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
A completed claims form must be provided with all claims.
